Travis Scott was forced to cancel his appearance at a club in Minneapolis in the last moment, right on the night before the Super Bowl.
Apparently, inconsistencies with the rapper’s schedule led to his missing the appearance at Myth Nightclub. However, his colleague Gucci Mane kept his plans and showed up at the event as promised.
It seems that Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend and father of her child was set to perform in two different clubs on the same day.
Mr. Scott’s first appearance was planned to be at the Myth club at 10:30 p.m. but due to logistical issues, he could not arrive on time.
The problem occurred because the hip-hop artist’s promoters miscalculated the location and the dimensions of the place where Scott’s private jet should have landed.
The initially designated location turned out to be too far away from the club for the rapper to appear on time.
Trying to find a solution for the problem, concert promoter Zack Chazin managed to find another available place for the jet to land, but then it became apparent that Scott’s private airplane was too big to fit the runway.
Chazin then even arranged a helicopter to transport the rap star near the venue, but this did not work out because Scott’s entourage consisted of seven people whereas the aircraft could fit only four.
After Scott canceled his first show for the day, he skipped right to his second concert at 1:30 a.m. in Marquee Nightclub, Las Vegas. Fans who bought tickets for the event had the opportunity to get their money back, as refunds were offered.
This incident unfolded less than 24 hours before it was revealed that Jenner gave birth to the couple’s baby girl.
The reality TV star took over social media Sunday by finally confirming the pregnancy and the fact that she welcomed her first child on February 1, which also marks the beginning of Black History Month.
