Laura Ingraham Attacked LeBron James Over His Donald Trump Criticism And The Feud Is Still Going On

The Fox News Channel host Laura Ingraham, 54, has managed to anger two of the most popular players in the NBA — LeBron James and Kevin Durant.

While on her show, The Ingraham Angle, this week, the conservative media personality stated that the two athletes should not discuss politics and it would be better if they remained silent on the matter.

Following Ingraham’s comments, the resentful James replied in front of journalists in Los Angeles that he would definitely continue to express his opinion in the future.

The famous basketball player stood by his opinion that the current president, Donald Trump, does not care about some groups in America.

He also expressed his disappointment in the fact that the leading position in the country no longer inspires young people but has turned everything into a laughingstock instead.

James took the exchange to social media too, as he shared a picture on his Instagram account with the message that he was more than just an athlete.

Durant also joined his colleague by claiming the FNC political commentator’s remarks were racist and disrespectful.

He continued by saying he usually did not pay attention to ignorant statements, and according to him, Ingraham’s utterance was definitely one.

The Golden State Warriors player also said he was a citizen just like everybody else and he had the right to speak up his mind just like Ingraham.

After the two players shared their opinions on the Republican politician, Ingraham posted a message saying her comments were not intended to be racist as she had used the same words for quite a long time with different contexts.

Apparently, she had told many celebrities to “shut up” in the past, including Robert DeNiro, Jimmy Kimmel, and a few others.

James also thanked Ingraham for giving his message a bigger platform.
