Nipsey Hussle’s Friend, Arsenio Gravesande, Told Cops ‘F–k You’ Before Dying — He Tried To Run After Gunman Who Shot Him

A man, who has been identified as a close friend of slain rapper Nipsey Hussle, suffered a similar tragic fate of his own after he was shot dead on the streets of Brooklyn, New York.

Arsenio Gravesande died on Tuesday from his injuries shortly after the shooting, and according to reports, he refused to cooperate with authorities about the identity of his attackers.

According to NYPD, they attempted to find out who had shot Gravesande, but the only response they got out of him was a “f*** you” instead.

The man was reportedly involved with the famous/infamous Crips with 43 arrests on his record, which could explain his refusal to cooperate with authorities.

It is not the first time a gang member has refused to get help from the police even after facing death, and such incidents can be traced back decades ago, not just in these gangs but also the Italian mafia and more.

The man managed to survive his ambulance trip to the Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center but passed away from his injuries shortly afterward.

Doctors said that Gravesande died because the bullet had struck multiple arteries. Throughout the whole ordeal, he refused to provide any details about the person who had attacked him.

Authorities are still investigating the case, but they understandably have very little to follow in terms of leads.

There have been some conflicting reports about the murder as well, with various speculative points being developed at the moment.

The connection to Nipsey is also being examined, though it is not a top priority in the current investigations, according to recent reports.

Bethany Samuels, 35, a friend of Gravesande’s, said this about his passing: “I went in there [the ambulance] with him. He was just moving, trying to grab this, grab that. It’s like his spirit wasn’t at peace. He was saying he couldn’t breathe, [that] he was dead.”

A bloodbath took place in the 24 hours that led to the death of Gravesande where five people died, and it all started with an argument over loud music.

The killing spree began with Angel Nixon, 18, getting gunned down in Springfield Gardens, Queens.

Later, at around 8:10 p.m., Gregory Haskins, 25, was found with a fatal gunshot wound to his chest on Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens.

One victim, 38, was shot in the head, while another, 27, was hit in the stomach. Their identities have not been revealed.

Via social media, some of Nipsey’s fans have shared kind messages for the man.

One person had this to say: “I didn’t know him but….its too much sad! Rest in peace, man! 😢🙏.”

Another supporter of the late businessman shared: “Prayers are going up to him & his family … I pray he didn’t pass away, man.💙💙🙏🏼🙏🏼👑😥😔”

Gravesande reportedly tried to run after the gunman after getting shot. Health experts even thought at first that he was going to survive.
